Sounds like: you may have a GASTRITIS or Gastric ulcer! You should seek medical help ASAP! Start with your Primary Care Physician. BTW A Viral Gastroenteritis may be the culprit but whatever the cause a medical evaluation is necessary! Hope this helps! Dr Z
