Avoid it: When you have gas in the stomach it comes from one of 2 places. Everyone swallows some air when you swallow food or drink. The amount varies with each person ,what & how you eat. It can come from carbonated beverages that release their gas during consumption or in the stomach. To avoid it cut your consumption of carbonated beverages and or swallow less air when you eat.
