Perineal inflammati: Itching? Pain? How long have you had it? May be fungal like yeast which would be itchy as well and may respond to topical monistat or oral Diflucan may be beginning of abscess which is painful -needs antibiotics and lancing by surgeon or herpes ( has blisters) or genital warts or mass f/u/ w/ doc get it looked at today
