Ask your doctor: Depends on things you don't mention. If significant heart valve damage from the infection, that's could cause dyspnea. Were there complications like septic emboli to the lungs, brain, kidneys or elsewhere? Are you an injection drug user (a common cause of endocarditits)? On sedatives or other drugs? It can take a few weeks to feel normal after any serious infection. Discuss w/ your doctor!

Serious infection: Well, as Dr. Hunter Hansfield and others have suggested, infective endocarditis is a serious illness. Good that overall you are better, but you most certainly need follow up to assess your own going medical needs. I wonder if your heart valve(s) are permanently damaged which could explain the fatigue. All is not lost though, because with good follow up care, I believe strongly you can be improved
