Orthopedic exam: I agree that this sounds like sciatica with possible nerve compression. Requires further evaluation and testing.

Need more info.: I don’t know what evaluations, if any, you had at the time of this event - doctor’s evaluation, X-rays, MRIs, nerve testing? Could be sciatlca. Could be chronic regional pain syndrome. Could be tibial sensory neuropathy. Could be nerve compression locally from a bone fragment? Some testing would be in order at this point, certainly.
