About hepatitis...: Screening for HepBsAg will show whether or not a person currently has active hepatitis B infection in his body. People born or raised in the US (and many other countries) are immune to HepB by childhood vaccinations. If worried, one's primary care doctor can explain more. During sex, one can catch HepA or HepE if he swallows viruses. Therefore, swallower beware... and be vaccinated against HepA.
