Nausea: Nausea can be from a multitude of issues. The most common culprit is the GI system of course . However, Nausea and Chest pressure can be due to coronary artery disease. Unfortunately, this can be especially true in females with a history of diabetes or other chronic medical problems. Other symptoms include shortness of breath (especially with exertion), fatigue, cold sweats, and dizziness.
