Bruise: That bruise or ecchymosis,in the absence of injury, may have been due to a spontaneous rupture of a tiny blood vessel(capillary). Taking aspirin or anti-inflammatory medications like Aleve predispose to this. Armpit itch can be due to deodorant use,friction,irritation from cloth or yeast infection. If rash develops or multiple unexplained bruises occur see your physician again for more evaluation
