Sinus infection: Not typically. You can, but it would be unusual. The symptoms we look for include nasal congestion, nasal discharge which is usually white, yellow, green or some other color of the rainbow. The face can hurt or there is a lot of pressure in the face (usually the forehead or cheeks). The teeth can hurt and you can develop a headache. Many people will complain of fatigue/feeling run down/fever.
