Will a regular chest/ abdominal/pelvic ct scan with barium oral contrast & intravenous contrast reveal pancreatic and/or colon cancer?

Maybe: CT scans can see some cancers but it has to be large enough to see and be able to distinctly tell it is not other normal tissue. However, if the cancer is very early or small there may not be a large enough tumor to see on CT imaging.
