Pregnant ?: If the surgical abortion was completed, and confirmed by a pathology report on the tissue removed, it is possible for ovulation to occur three weeks later, and "Plan B" is not always effective. Check with the doctor who did the surgical abortion, to make sure the tissue was examined. The alternate explanation might be that the abortion was not successful in terminating the pregnancy.
