If you have tried: using hydrocortisone cream or suppositories to help with hemorrhoids after your surgery, and perhaps Tucks pads, then you need to see your surgeon again for follow up with your hemorrhoids. Sometimes you do not heal well inside the rectum due to the constant irritation from passing stool and need an ointment or cream to relieve the inflammation and speed up the healing process.
