Infection? STD?: Depending on your age, sexual exposures, and other factors, "creamy" vaginal discharge often indicates infection, including STDs like gonorrhea, chlamydia, or trichomonas. If also strong vaginal odor, maybe bacterial vaginosis. Any new, unexplained, or abnormal vaginal discharge should be professionally evaluated, so see your doctor soon. Good luck!
