Odd question: Every person gets these conditions/viruses in infancy it is hard to label them anything special. This is not a forum to explain how insurers classify illnesses but I can't see how any such classification would be valid. Yet if you were uninsured before a kid had bad RSV disease & developed chronic pulmonary issues after I could see that some insurers might balk at taking on such a patient.
