It's time for a Dr.: Chest pain, with neck and jaw pain, or with shortness of breath, can be due to very serious ones. An Emergency Room doctor can check to see what might be going on. Sometimes, tests and chest x-rays will be done. Possible causes include angina or heart attack, partial pneumothorax (collapsed lung), asthma, reflux, heart arrhythmias, etc... One should not wait around with such symptoms.
