Need exam: This is something that needs a pelvic exam to diagnose. Could be cyst, hemorrhoid, prolapsing bladder. Better not to speculate just get it looked at to clear up any worries about it. If your local doctor does pelvic exams start there. If not the specialists are Ob-Gyn female health specialists and surgeons.

Vaginal "lump": A "lump" on the inner wall of the vagina may be either a Gartner's duct cyst, or a Bartholin's cyst. Both can be treated easily. See your gyn provider for an exam and treatment.
