Purple bump: May be brusie or erythema nodosum a reactive immune process seen in autoimmune conditions or even in strep. Usually in erythema nodosum you have more than one lesion https://www.dermnetnz.org/topics/erythema-nodosum/ May also be bite , dermatofibroma, rarely Kaposis but they do not hurt usually .
