Rest and recover: Don't take Tamiflu! It is one of the biggest scams ever perpetrated, and it can cause neurologic problems. Although it is difficult, the "cure" for the flu is to let your body rest. There are nutritional things that can help with the recovery: Vitamin C, Zinc, Echinacea. Good old fashioned chicken soup too (homemade not canned). Those support recovery, but sleep, low stress, and time are needed.
