Relax: People with a normal immune system do not get genital strains HPV warts in or on their mouth or other normal skin surfaces. In the rare cases these are found the person has failing health and usually AIDS. The viral sheading needed to pass these warts only occurs with direct contact of affected surfaces to genital skin.
