I have lupus and i have had a continuous dripping nose for a couple of years. i have had tests and no allergies were noted any suggestions?

? CSF leak: if you have no other symptoms than continous dripping of clear fluid from your nose , mainly on one side. Otherwise it can chronic non-allergic rhinitis, you don't need to be allergic to a specific agent, and medical treatment will still be the same, almost. Kindly see an ENT specialist, or seek a second opinion if you already saw one, good luck
