Breathing issues: It sounds like you are doing this as a form of tic or habit. Do you feel compelled to do this? Breathing is not something we control normally - it happens on its own and is controlled by the autonomic nervous system. You may want to have cognitive behavioral therapy for this if you are feeling compelled to do this.
