A member asked:

Is it normal for gums to go very pale or even white during cardio exercise?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unusual: This is an unusual observation and I have never encountered this. Cyanosis(bluish color) of lips would be of concern. With intense exertion and mouth breathing, there may be vasonstriction of the blood vessels of the gums. Apparently you have no symptoms indicative of a serious problem.
