My husband has red sores all over his back, buttocks and legs. he has been to 3 doctors, had blood tests and antibiotics and it is getting worse.

Another dermatologis: I recommend an opinion from another dermatologist. I wonder if a skin biopsy has been done and,if not, is one indicated. If these sores are pustules and considered bacterial infections, a 2 week course of dicloxacillin has been effective,in my experience. If the patient is allergic to penicillin,however, he will not be able to take it.
