Low risk: Yeast is not a reason to avoid sex, except if the infection is causing sufficient discomfort to cause pain or discomfort. Certainly your husband could catch yeast from you, but usually that causes no symptoms in the male and isn't anything to be concerned about. If he develops redness, itching, or irritation of the penis, he can share your yeast cream. But probably that won't happen.
