Little or no risk: The transmission risk from unprotected vaginal sex, if the woman has HIV, averages 1 in 2500. Having a "cut" of the foreskin might slightly raise the risk, but not by much. In Singapore, the odds a female partner has HIV is quite low; higher risk if exposure was rectal sex with a male, but still low risk for any one exposure. But 10 days is too soon for testing. Have an AgAb test after 4-6 weeks.
