Oseltamavir: If you're pretty sure it's not just a cold and you have influenza (headache, muscle aches, fever, sore throat, cough, etc), or if you have been exposed to someone with flu, try to get treated with oseltamivir, which is available in South Africa. (Tamiflu is one brand but generics are available and usually less expensive.) Best to see a doctor, but maybe available through a pharmacist.
