Talk to doc: First trimester nausea and vomiting can be miserable. Some patients can control with this diet. Eat small amounts like crackers often to keep your stomach coated. Nausea is worse when your stomach is completely empty. Ginger has some natural effects on nausea so try sipping ginger ale. Take your prenatal vitamins at night before sleeping. Talk to your doc about medication options.

Call Your Doctor: Your child needs to be examined to determine the cause of their symptoms. Some possibilities include a cold, allergies, bronchitis, asthma and pneumonia. The only way to know if it is serious is for your pediatrician to examine the child.

More info: "chicken bumps" are more commonly seen on the arms and legs and do well with cod liver oil (orally). On the face...Depends on the age. If a newborn is one thing. Older children i would want to see the rash before offering suggestions. In general there is a great cream..Called schmoove. Can be ordered from maker. Check it out at www.Franzcenter.Com under herbaceuticals.
