Wait a week.: If you don't have any more pain, just give it another week to see if your bm gets back to normal. If the pattern is persistent, you should consult your family doctor (make sure you have enough fiber intake) even though at your age, cancer is not the likely cause. It is also highly unlikely that any colon polyp would come loose like this
