Duphaston: is a PROGESTERONE and Primolut is an ESTROGEN...Since you started on one of them already CONTINUE...One is not "better" than the other just "different:" Hope this is helpful Dr Z

Progesterone: Both are types of Progesterone. Neither brand is sold here in the use. Duphaston is Dydrogesteeron and Primolut is Norethindrone. Both should be taken as directed by your doctor. Both can be used to alter the menstrual cycle.
