I'm have stopped duphaston after 3 days which i took 2 pills a day, but still no period,after stopping it now 3 days delay.

Not enough: You probably did not expose your uterine lining to enough days of progesterone to induce your period. 5 days would be considered a minimum exposure and that does not even work for some women. Typically I recommend a 10 day exposure of progesterone. Usually 2-3 days after finishing you get your period.
