Lump after injection: Voltaren (diclofenac) is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Sometimes folks develop a lump around the injection site. Have your doc evaluate this. Finding out the nature of a lump is helpful. Sometimes a thorough exam, and history can reveal answers. Sometimes, if it is determined not related to an injection an MRI, or X-ray may be in order. Have your doc check it out -
