Brain weakness: If you're referring to lightheadedness or faintlike sensations relieved by drinking juice, I would be suspicious of hypoglycemia. I recommend being evaluated with a 6 hour glucose tolerance test to see whether you have low blood sugar an hour or two after ingesting glucose. BRAIN FOG X 3 MONTHS: You may have gastritis/ reflux with or without H pylori. H pylori is a gastritis associated bacteria and needs antibiotics. You may alternatively have celiac disease or just gluten / other food like soy, dairy intolerance- usually dairy is associated with diarrhea as well . Need more: Information, complete evaluation including neurological examination. Are the sudden episodes associated with not eating? Checking blood sugar during the episodes may help determine hypoglycemia as the cause of the symptoms. If that is the case Hypoglycemia work will be indicated
