? gastroenteritis: which is usually viral, or related to something you ate, you need to rest and increase fluid intake, if not improved or new symptoms develop as fever, vomiting or increased abdominal pain, or otherwise, kindly see your doctor, go to urgent care or ER, to rule out other problems, as appendicitis, best wishes
