New soap?: New peeling and cracking of fingers and hands is often due to some product that is causing a reaction. It may be dishwater, other cleaning fluids, detergents, hand sanitizers or body care products like lotions or soaps. Peeling on feet is often due to fungal infections, but this is less likely on hands. If stopping any new products does not help, see a doc!
