I completed flagyl treatment(2000mg, the 500mg 4 pills at once) treatment for trichomoniasislast thursday. the greenish yellow bubbly discharge i was having has disappeared but i am still feeling the severe itching and burning. treatment failed?

Trich? Yeast?: Reduced discharge suggest trich improving. Trich can cause burning and itching, but those symptoms are more typical of a yeast infection. Trichomoniasis and yeast can occur together, and metronidazole (Flagyl) and other antibiotics sometimes trigger yeast infecions. Recheck with your doctor to confirm current diagnosis and best treatment going forward. If trich, maybe need more treatment.
