No: Nineteen is a late age for menarche. It would be good to see your doctor for a general health check. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex. Get HPV vaccine

Probably normal: This is probably normal - but check a pregnancy if you are sexually active.

No, but...: No, you should not be "worried" as this is your first period. However, at age 19. it is a little late for period initiation and a consultation with your GYN MD as to why this has occurred would be in order.
