Maybe not.: If pregnant, sperm and egg could have met about 0-5 days after sex... and then that new baby embryo could have implanted into the lining of the uterus about a week after it got created. Pregnancy is only detectable after the baby embryo gets implanted. So, sometimes 9 days is enough, other times it takes about 14 days or more to find out. A home urine test is very accurate by 3 weeks after sex.
