I realize bpd1 can cause delusions, how can i tell in the moment if intrusive thoughts/fears are valid or not?

Talk to your Doc : BPD can be debilitating and make one to do think which otherwise would never do . Either in manic stage (, risk behavior ) or depressed ( risk of suicide) . Best to understand your symptoms is talk to psychologist & psychiatrist. Medication adjustment and life style routine may help a lot to have satisfactory life . Intrusive thoughts are very dangerous . Please , see your doc ASAP.
