Right side abd pain: Vaginal discharge and heavy periods can occur with pregnancy in the fallopian tube, or an ovarian cyst. See your gyn provider for a pelvic ultrasound, and ask about oral contraceptives if the pain is from an ovarian cyst, which will stop ovarian function and make your periods much lighter.
