Likely unrelated: Scarlet fever is just a strep A infection, usually throat, that also generates a red sunburn like rash. Chickenpox is usually experienced in childhood (95%)yielding permanent immunity. Its incubation until breakout is 10-21 days. You didn't say if you have a sore throat or the date of exposure from chickenpox. Neither produces facial lumps.

Mgt: if the rash started on your face, Varicella is less likely. You may have some other infection or another condition.
