See below: Eat a well balanced/healthy diet get 8 hours sleep each night get regular cardiovascular exercise take a probiotic such as vsl#3 eat antioxidant foods such as teas, dark chocolat, berries, purple grape juice etc. Do not smoke or use tobacco do not drink more than 1 alcoholic drink/day good luck.
