Unusual: If no associated intestinal or urinary symptoms occur,the symptom is very difficult to explain. Abdominal muscle discomfort is the only other explanation I can think of, but other factors like strain would have to have occurred.Can you think of any relationship to drinking and abdominal muscle strain?
