Will need exam: If not allergic to NSAIDS I suggest EITHER Advil 2-3 tab every 4-6 hrs OR Aleve ( naproxen sodium) 1 tab 3 times daily until seen. If allergic to these, use Tylenol 500 mg every 6-8 hrs and topical Bio-Freeze liniment.
