Wrong approach:: Pores opening and/or closing has nothing to do with arthritis. If you are having joint pain and not allergic to NSAIDS, I suggest using EITHER Advil ( ibuprofen )-2 tab every 4-6 hrs or Aleve, 1 tablet every 8 hrs. What do you mean by "want to feel fresh" ???? and how long has this been going on? See your PCP for examination.
