Need more info, but: Ideally, I'd need to do a full history and physical, but if "everything is normal," then it is possible you are dealing with a "functional" digestive problem. That is, it may have to do with food sensitivities, digestive enzymes and microflora. Consider looking for a functional medicine doctor who can help you look into this. You could start by eliminating gluten and trying probiotics.
