Possible virus: These are very non specific symptoms and could be related to many different causes. Occasionally people, especially diabetics will develop a viral infection of the inner ear that can cause dizziness (vertigo) with positon changes. Usually this is self limited but your physician can prescribe medication to help stop the symptoms.
