Common: The medication is keeping the good bacteria suppressed. Give probiotics several times a day and that should help

While taking amoxicillin i got diarrhea, after 2 days i stopped taking it. Now my anus and urethra opening are swollen itching and painful.
Loose stool (not diarrhea) 3-4x day for 3 days. No fever or loss of appetite, mild cramps and sick feeling just before each episode. No loss of appetite. Finished course of amoxicillin a week ago but no side effects during. Doctor or wait it out?
