Do multiple normal ecgs mean no brugada? normal with sinus rhythm, irbbb. i worry because i have fainted during fever. 30 y/o white

Brugada: The ECG changes with Brugada’s syndrome are not necessarily always present. They may only be brought out with fever, exercise or certain drugs. So a normal ECG does not rule out the syndrome.
