Cat scratch: If you are concerned about rabies - you are safe. As far as other issues - cat scratches and bites sometimes contain a bacteria called Pasturella which is a difficult bacteria to kill. It is super important if you have any signs of a skin infection that you tell the Dr. that it was a cat bite or scratch. But given what your question is - you should be fine.
