75 +menegis spine cancer thats not spread ,iin hospital now 3 mths.i have risk of bed sores ,the ribbed cover air mattress that inflates with my movement and weight is causing me pain,which i take pain killers for ,is there another option less pain?

Sorry to hear this!: Spinal bone cancer is very painful, and if they are giving you intrathecal or other types of more significant pain meds, the inflatablable mattress with you on it, might feel more comfortable with a pillow top mattress covering, giving you some buffer, by gentle padding. You don' want to get bed sores, or that sets you up for skin infection, ulceration that could be deadly too.
